Today I acted like a fool towards my wife. I let my insecurities get the best of me. I though of myself and my feelings first instead of her. At the same time, I sinned against God. I gave into my anger.
I write about this to show others that although I am a christian, I am not perfect, nor do I claim to be. No man is perfect except for Jesus. The much quoted Romans 3:23 says"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. I mess up everyday. I sin everyday. When I do, I ask God for forgiveness. Keep this in mind-Jesus died for our sins-yesterday, today and tomorrow. That doesn't mean that I continue to sin, knowing that i can repent and all is forgiven. I strive to learn from my mistakes and do my best to live a life of righteousness that God has called each and everyone of us to live.
